Website Terms of Use

Last updated: 7 August 2026

Who we are and what these terms cover

These terms of use govern your access to and use of this website. Secvura Limited is registered in England and Wales, company number 17292680, registered office 167-169 Great Portland Street, Fifth Floor, London W1W 5PF (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using this website you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with them, you must not use the site.

These terms and our services

These terms cover your use of this website only. They do not form a contract for a security review or any other services, and nothing on this website is an offer to provide services on any particular terms. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement, and by the written authorisation naming the systems in scope that we put in place before any work begins. Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract and does not oblige either of us to proceed.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms, and the content of this site, at any time. The date at the top shows when these terms were last changed. The version in force is the one published on this page when you use the site, and by continuing to use the site after a change you accept the revised terms.

Using this website

You may access and use this website for lawful purposes: to learn about our services and for your own personal or internal business use. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to view pages from the site and to print or download extracts for those purposes. All other rights are reserved. You agree not to:

  • use the website in any way that breaks the law, or that infringes the rights of, or restricts or inhibits the use and enjoyment of the website by, anyone else;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, the server on which it is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to it, or otherwise probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site without our prior written permission;
  • introduce viruses or any other material that is malicious or technologically harmful, or otherwise interfere with the proper working of the website;
  • access or collect data from the website using any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means without our consent, or reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of it;
  • misuse the enquiry form, including by submitting false or misleading information or using it to send unsolicited or bulk communications.

Intellectual property

We, together with our licensors, own all intellectual property rights in this website and in the material published on it, including its text, layout, graphics, and the Secvura name and logo. These works are protected by copyright, trade mark, and other laws. The limited licence above does not transfer any of those rights to you. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, adapt, or otherwise use our content or branding except as expressly permitted by these terms or with our written consent.

Information on this website

The content of this website is provided for general information about us and our services. It is not professional, security, financial, or legal advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Although we take reasonable care to keep the information accurate and up to date, we make no representations, warranties, or guarantees, whether express or implied, that it is complete, accurate, current, or fit for any particular purpose.

Availability of the website

We aim to keep this website available and working properly, but we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the website, or any content on it, will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue, or change all or any part of it without notice, and we will not be liable to you if the website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Viruses and security

We do not guarantee that this website will be secure or free from bugs, viruses, or other harmful components. You are responsible for configuring your own technology and for using your own virus-protection software in order to access the site. This does not affect the acceptable-use obligations above, which prohibit you from introducing harmful material or attempting to gain unauthorised access.

Links to other websites

Where this website contains links to third-party websites or resources, those links are provided for your information only. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content, products, services, or practices of those sites, and a link does not imply that we endorse them.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including certain rights you may have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if you are a consumer.

We provide this website free of charge and for general information only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, and other terms that might otherwise be implied into your use of it, and we give no warranty that the website will be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors or viruses.

Subject to the first paragraph above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, this website, or your reliance on any content on it. In particular, we will not be liable for any loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue; loss or corruption of data; loss of goodwill; or any indirect or consequential loss.

If you are a consumer, these exclusions do not affect your statutory rights, and nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit. Our responsibilities and liability for any security review or other services we provide are set out in the separate written agreement for that work, not in these terms.

If you breach these terms

If you breach these terms, or if we reasonably suspect that you have, we may take any action we consider appropriate. This may include suspending or permanently blocking your access to the website and, where your conduct has caused us loss or exposed us to liability, taking further steps including legal action.

General

If any provision of these terms is held to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as removed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Our failure or delay in enforcing any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms to anyone else; we may transfer ours to any successor to our business. These terms are the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of this website. No one other than you and us has any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any of these terms.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this site. Please review it alongside these terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of this website (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom you may also bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.
